November Community Meeting and PGW Heating Assistance

Please join us for our next in-person general meeting!

When: Thursday, November 14th, 2024

Time: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Where: Hawthorne Cultural Center at 1200 Carpenter St.

The HEC is your Registered Community Organization (RCO).

This is a reminder to please join us to help us shape Hawthorne’s future.

We review zoning variances and support our neighborhood schools, public art, recreation facilities, neighborhood cleanup, public safety, quality of life, and more. HEC also arranges grant funding to support neighborhood programs such as the jazz concerts hosted by the Friends of Hawthorne Park. HEC also supports our neighborhood garden.

All of our work depends on volunteers. We urgently need new board members like you to continue to provide these vital services and help us do more and better in Hawthorne for years to come.

We need YOU to help US help YOU.

Please attend the meeting on the 14th. It is a great way to meet your neighbors and get involved in your community.
